It was a perfect way to kick off our new store at the Royal Hawaiian Center…

On March 20, 2008, 200 of our close friends and customers celebrated the opening of our store beneath the starry lights of Waikiki.

We enjoyed great food from Okonomiyaki Chibo, wonderful wine and beer from The People’s Wine Shop, great prizes from Leather Soul/HP Marketing-Rimowa/Tiffany’s/Anekona/Benn Pacific/The People’s Wine Shop/Okonomiyaki Chibo/Royal Hawaiian Center, and great entertainment from Jon Yamasato.

In preparation for the arrival of our new Leather Soul Exclusive “Ultimate Indy” and the release of the newest chapter of the Indiana Jones series, “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull,” we are pleased to announce another Leather Soul giveaway contest.

Email a picture of yourself wearing a pair of Indy Boots to indy@leathersoulhawaii.com. (Please keep pictures in jpeg format, no larger than 2MB). It doesn’t matter what type of Indy Boot you are wearing whether it’s the original 405, or one of our Leather Soul Exclusive models. Creativity is the key and unique backgrounds will gain bonus points.

Please submit your pictures by 3/31/08. Winner will be announced on our website shortly thereafter.

The winner will receive a free pair of our Leather Soul Ultimate Indy Boot, due to be released sometime in April. (If size not available from stock, winner will have the option to order a pair on our next run.)

Edward Green’s Top Drawer Program offers you the ability to fully customize a Made-To-Order shoe of your choice. The closer attention to detailing makes the finished product simply a world class piece of art.

This particular shoe is a Beaulieu in Bauxite Antique, made on the 82 last, with a medallion on the toe, a bevelled waist, black interior lining and insole, metal toe taps sunken into the outsole, and the owner’s initials nailed into the sole.

As these shoes are fully Made-To-Order, a 8-12 month turnaround time is necessary. Please email Tom for more information.

We’ve waited 9 months for these and they’re finally here! Inspired by Alden’s popular #965 model, these handsewn split toe bluchers are made on the Barrie Last, with a plantation crepe sole, in Cigar Shell Cordovan. A natural edgetrim gives it an added touch.
