Hi Tom,
I thought I was a 10.5D most of my adult life, but was measured in an Alden shop and informed I was an 11C. Of course, 95% of all 10.5D’s fit me perfectly (mostly Allen Edmonds and some RL/C&J). I know most say to size down 1/2 in the Barrie last, but would you recommend a 1/2 size down for me as well?

Thank you for the comment. If you were sized as a 11C I would suggest a 10.5C in the Barrie last. Of course a 10D may work, but it wouldn’t be your ideal size if you are indeed an 11C.
I will definitely reorder this shoe so if you don’t mind the wait please feel free to preorder a pair the next time we offer it. I’m certain your true size will be more comfortable for you to wear.
