This is my favourite JL color. Tom, does JL make a longwing or a NST in museum calf? I need to start saving up for a pair … if only I can stop buying aldens! :)
Congrats once again on the authorized JL retailer thingy :) :)

Sri,
Thanks for the comment. Sorry, no longwing by John Lobb. That is a classic American style actually. They do have a model called the Chambord which is a real handsewn split toe blucher, much like Edward Green’s Dover. That would be the closest thing to the Alden NST.
Aloha,
Tom

Thanks for the info Tom. JL is out of reach at the moment for me, but I really really love this color … will you be stocking the Sutton too in this color?

No problem Sri. We won’t be stocking the Sutton because it has been discontinued. There is a new Fall 2009 model called the Lazenby that takes its place.
Aloha,
Tom

Hi Tom,
Which other models do you currently have in stock? What do you anticipate receiving in the next month or so?
Thanks!!

When you mention features like seamless heels and bevelled waists, you really need to show pictures! :-)

Hello
I have to say you have some beautiful shoes. Are you still able to get the John Lobb Vale (chestnut meusem calf) model that you have pictured? How difficult is it to get a 6.5 EE U.K sizing? If so how long will it take. Thank you

Rob,
Thank you for the comment. I’m sorry but the Vale has been discontinued. I could inquire about a single pair made to order but there would be an upcharge of about 10% and the timeframe would be about 4-6 months. If you are interested in this route please let me know.
Aloha,
Tom
