Paraboot are very fine and underrated shoes. I actually have a pair of oxblood wholecuts by them and they are comfortable and very stylish.

I wear a size 8E in Alden plaza last shoes…what size would you recommend in the Rousseau from Paraboot?

Also, Is Rousseau with Ridgeway rubber sole or double leather solr

You would most likely be a 8.5 in the Rousseau. The sole is a softer ridgeway type rubber sole.
