Edward Green - A Must Own Shoe

Edward Green’s Dover is as iconic as a shoe can be. A genuine handsewn apron, done skillfully with a pig’s bristle, is the focal point of this classic design.
Some call the Dover one of the most sublime ready-to-wear shoes of all time. It is a staple of a refined shoe wardrobe, a must own shoe.

Again, I just gotta comment on these shoes…..
These definitely are one of the TOP 3 most decadently exquisite and sublime shoes I have ever seen in person and tried on.
You cannot get a sense of how beautiful and substantially lovely and beefy the upper leather is and the comfort level is and how it complements your suit or business wear until you own one for yourself.
I cannot wait for my MTO Dovers next year in special color Bauxite and I am planning on getting one of these dark oak as this price is the best around anywhere.
If you can only own one or two luxury shoes in your entire life, the Dovers has got to be one of them. I am not exaggerating.

Tom, I believe the phrase is that the Dover is the second-most sublime shoe in existence. ;)

Tom,
is bauxite as lovely as the dark oak above?
How would you decribe the color bauxite in terms of colors from other makes like AE, Lobb and such?
:)
