As much as I would love to hop on a plane to see both your shop and Waikiki somtimes you just don’t have the time. Even though it’s 20 below here in Colorado I still can’t get away just yet. Anyway whiskey shoe is very nice. Would love a 12 D. What last is that shoe made on? Barrie. Would be a great color for the full strap loafer.

Our V-Tips are made on the Leydon last. Unfortunately we are completely sold out of Whiskey. We hope to get more in sometime in the future so please keep checking back.

More questions about the Cigar vs Whiskey V-tips – didn’t want to leave the impression I didn’t like the Cigars in the the Cigar comment thread. Oops, and I see the answer to my question there above. Same last. The Cigars are great, but I’m just floored by these Whiskeys, and I’m trying to get a handle on what, if any, differences there are aside from the color.
To my eye, the Whiskeys are just amazingly sleek. Is the shoe size in the exemplars significantly different? Is it the angle of the photo? Or just my own fevered imaginings?
This is the first shoe I’ve ever fallen for, and alas, it is no more.
