Tom, I’m a little confused on the v tip and u tip terminology. I’m guessing that these are loosly based on the Norwegians and the v tip is Aberdeen last while the u tip is Barrie last. Is this correct?

LW-
These terms are used in the Japanese market. A “U-Tip” is basically a moc toe. the “V-Tip” is a term for an Algonquin moc toe that the moc area comes to a pointed tip right where the split toe stitching meets the moc area. I hope that makes sense. So, the Norwegian would be a “U-Tip” no matter if the last was Barrie or Aberdeen.
Aloha,
Tom
